You upload a photo of your dog, choose a style, and receive a preview within 24 hours, with no obligation. Only once you are in love do you choose your edition: digital or framed.

A single sharp, well-lit picture is enough: head and chest visible, eyes towards the camera, daylight. Phone photos are perfectly fine, at least 2000 pixels on the long side.

Digitally, in the atelier. Each portrait is composed for your pet with generative imaging tools, in a visual language refined over two years of studio work. Every draft is checked in the atelier: paws, eyes, coat, expression. What is not right is remade. No portrait leaves the atelier without this approval.

Preview within 24 hours. The final digital file within 24 hours of your approval. Framed prints about three weeks after your approval.

Two revisions are included in every price (four with Atelier Trilogy). And the preview comes with no obligation, so you take no risk.

They are used exclusively for your portrait and kept for re-orders. We delete them whenever you ask, an email is enough. Never used for advertising without your consent.

Gladly. Portraits are among our most popular gifts. Simply mark the order as a gift: we will only ever contact you, so the surprise stays safe. All we ask is that you may use the uploaded photos. For pictures from family and friends, their consent is enough.

Only after your preview. You receive a personal payment link by email once you have chosen your edition. No prepayment, no account.

Yes. Up to three dogs. Choose the number when ordering and we will follow up with the details.

Digital: worldwide. Framed prints: across Switzerland, to your door. Clients of a partner salon can also collect them at the salon.
