How does an order work?
You upload a photo of your dog, choose a style, and receive a free preview within 24 hours. Only once you are in love do you choose your edition: digital, canvas or framed.
Which photo works best?
A single sharp, well-lit picture is enough: head and chest visible, eyes towards the camera, daylight. Phone photos are perfectly fine, at least 2000 pixels on the long side.
How are the portraits made?
In the atelier, from a visual language refined over two years of studio work. Every draft is checked by hand: paws, eyes, coat, expression. What is not right is remade. No portrait leaves the atelier without this approval.
How long does it take?
Preview within 24 hours. Final digital file within five working days of your approval. Canvas and framing in ten to fourteen days.
What if I do not like the preview?
Two revisions are included in every price (four with Atelier Trilogy). And the preview costs nothing, so you take no risk.
What happens to my photos?
They are used exclusively for your portrait, stored for thirty days after delivery and then deleted. Never used for advertising without your consent.
Can I gift a portrait, even of someone else’s dog?
Gladly. Portraits are among our most popular gifts. Simply mark the order as a gift: we will only ever contact you, so the surprise stays safe. All we ask is that you may use the uploaded photos. For pictures from family and friends, their consent is enough.
How do I pay?
Only after your preview. You receive a personal payment link by email once you have chosen your edition. No prepayment, no account.
Several dogs in one portrait?
Yes. Up to three dogs. Choose the number when ordering and we will follow up with the details.
Do you deliver outside Zurich?
Digital: worldwide. Canvases: across Switzerland. Framed Statement formats are collected in person at the atelier, the most beautiful moment of all.
